Job Title: Orthopedic Joint Surgeon
Location: Iowa City, IA

A leading orthopedic group in the Midwest is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Joint Surgeon to join its growing practice. This role focuses on joint replacement and reconstructive surgeries, with access to a new state-of-the-art clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Three clinic days and two surgical days per week
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform primary and revision joint replacement surgeries (hip, knee, etc.)
  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions related to joint health
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Stay current with advancements in orthopedic techniques and technology
  • Engage in patient education and post-operative care
  • Contribute to the growth of orthopedic programs, particularly at the new ASC

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Total Joint Replacement (Hip and Knee), including revisions
• Eligible for an Iowa Medical License
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
