This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to apply this skilled trade with a clear path for training and advancement. Starting wage $21 - $27, depending on industry-related experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Customer-friendly demeanor; works well with a wide variety of personalities to build strong relationships and nurture life-long clients.
-Proud of your professional appearance, language, and behavior.
-Able to clear fingerprint DOJ background check.
-Currently holds or is able to obtain a valid Driver's License (driving a company vehicle is a requirement of this position).
-Exceptional dependability & punctuality; demonstrates respect for other people's time.
PREFERENCE FOR APPLICANTS POSSESSING:
-Experience with Honeywell/Resideo, DMP, Bosch, and/or Notifier / Gamewell-FCI or similar products.
-Experience in installing, testing, and/or servicing commercial and/or residential Fire & Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, including networking.
-One or more years of experience in Customer Service.
-WBFAA enrolled Apprentice.
-Current ACE card.
-Relevant construction trades experience.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems, including intrusion alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Utilize hand tools and low voltage equipment to complete installations and troubleshoot issues.
- Read and interpret plans to understand system layouts and configurations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations via the company's mobile app.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
