Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our production team as a Printer Operator / Shop Apprentice. In this entry-level role, you will assist in the creation of high-quality signage by operating production equipment and contributing to overall shop efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the sign-making industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate roll-to-roll printers and vinyl plotters for sign production.

- Trim and mount digital prints to various substrates.

- Paint letters and signs as needed for projects.

- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.

- Assist with additional tasks related to sign production and assembly as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in sign making is a plus, but not required.

- Proficiency in using Windows-based computers.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Familiarity with basic hand tools.

Additional Desired Skills: Having these skills could result in a higher starting wage and the ability to learn these skills presents an opportunity for growth within the company.

- Ability to read and follow CAD Drawings to build products.

- Ability to use power tools to make accurate cuts.

- Light fabrication and welding
