Job Title: Sales Analyst

Location: Carlisle, PA (Hybrid)

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in tracking and analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and providing actionable insights to support the sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced Excel skills and our proprietary software, Tissue Vault, to create impactful reports and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections to aid in strategic planning.
• Create and maintain detailed sales performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and Tissue Vault software to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
• Present findings and analyses to the sales team and executive leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Data analysis certifications (preferred).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
