QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Long Term Care and Supervisory Experience
Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
Unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
Two years experience in nursing.
Current CPR and immunizations (MMR, DPT, Varicella, Hep B and TB screening) and ACLS are required.
LTACH experience is strongly preferred.
