Hours : Monday - Thursday 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Friday 9 : -1 : 00

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Experience with emphasis on spinal treatment and rehabilitation.
  • Ability to properly evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans for patients with disc related concerns.
  • Excellent communication and management skills with patients and team members.
  • Skill in writing clear and accurate SOAP notes.

    • Your Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans for spinal conditions.
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients, guiding them through the treatment process.
  • Communicate effectively with patients about their progress and any recommended changes to their treatment.
  • Write and maintain detailed SOAP notes in compliance with medical documentation standards.

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Utah.
  • Proficiency in treating spinal conditions.
