FIELD WORK
- Develop and cultivate strong business relationships with referring medical practices in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area
- Responsible for the development of new referring opportunities through relationship building and meeting new patient growth targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- Utilize social media platforms to promote insightful content to identify new contacts and create Brand awareness
- Assist in creating collateral to be used in marketing efforts
- Maintain an accurate daily account regarding interactions and field visits in SalesForce
- Identify trade associations and other lead-generating opportunities to drive Brand awareness across our target market including patients, referral providers and partners.
- Regularly provide market development progress and market information reports to discover new needs and business opportunities
- Confirm marketing development is continuously executed according to plan and ensure that the operation target is achieved

EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 5 years of business development or sales/marketing experience
- Willingness to travel within the valley and within Arizona as needed
- Valid AZ driver’s license, transportation, and a good driving record
EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting, is a plus but not required.
KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
SKILLS
- Contribute to month-end reporting including an overview of new patients, referring providers, and insurance breakdown
- Contribute to cultivating ASAP’s social media postings, which includes producing informative videos
- Ability to identify key issues and creatively/strategically overcome internal and external obstacles
- Self-motivated with integrity and accountability
ABILITIES
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal/external partners, physicians, and professionals of various disciplines

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
- Normal office environment with controlled temperature, lighting, and ventilation.
- Frequent travel to various locations such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. This may involve driving long distances.
- Exposure to different weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow, depending on the region and season.
- Working in healthcare environments where there may be exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and other hazards. Compliance with safety protocols and wearing protective gear may be required.
