Receptionist
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist Executive Team with items such as coordinating meetings and maintaining company calendar
- Assists with duties as assigned from the Executive Team
- Carries out administrative duties such as typing, standardizing company documents, copying, binding, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Manage mail and assist in distribution of packages and supplies
- Announce and direct clients and visitors
- Restocking supplies
- Ensure cleanliness of reception area
- All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma /GED Certification
EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in MS Office
- Provide excellent customer service
KNOWLEDGE
- Strong office and computer skills, experience with paperless workflows
- Prior use of practice management and EMR programs
- Work independently while maintaining a positive attitude
SKILLS
- Skilled communicator and ability to work effectively in resolving problems
- Solid organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
