Weapons and Tactics SME for the Spectrum Warfare Wing
Support the Spectrum Warfare Wing (SWW) in delivering adaptive and cutting-edge electromagnetic spectrum capabilities that provide the warfighter a tactical and strategic competitive advantage and freedom to attack, maneuver, and defend.
The Role
ASI is searching for a dynamic and skilled professional to support our senior stakeholders in supporting the SWW. This role is crucial for our advancement in electronic warfare operations.
Responsibilities
- Integrate Weapons and Tactics into exercises, tests, and evaluations for the SWW.
- Responsible for helping define current and future Electronic Warfare requirements and working with leadership on planning and implementing requirements.
- Ability to collect inputs from internal and external stakeholders, formulate solutions, and document all organizational processes.
- Work with cross-disciplinary teams, including operations and engineering, to ensure cohesive and practical output.
- Lead efforts to define and refine problems based on Air Force leadership directives and SWW objectives.
- Prepare and present high-level briefings and presentations to senior government officials.
- Occasional travel will be required.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Passionate about Electronic Warfare and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Rated experience with a background in Weapons and Tactics, Electronic Warfare or other applicable military operations experience.
- Ability to create and coordinate processes across multiple teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at preparing and delivering compelling and informative briefings to senior leaders.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- SECRET clearance.
- Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) eligible.
