Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate to support the newest Squadron in executing COMBAT SHIELD’s mission and evolving it to meet drive requirements for the USAF. The ideal candidate will be able to develop/execute comprehensive, integrated, real-world Electronic Warfare effectiveness and readiness assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Frameworks and Strategies: Create and implement an Electronic Warfare (EW) assessment framework and organizational strategy.
- Policy Development: Offer operational expertise to develop and oversee policy initiatives.
- Integration: Incorporate Weapons and Tactics into various exercises, tests, and evaluations.
- Requirements Definition: Identify and define current and future Electronic Warfare requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather inputs from internal and external stakeholders, develop solutions, and document all organizational processes.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations.
- Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel as required.
What We Require:
- Security Clearance: Must possess a minimum SECRET clearance.
- Experience: Electronic warfare or other operational expertise.
