We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Clinical Director to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the operating room.
- Implementing initiatives for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborating with Administrator on fiscal accountability and policy development.
- Managing staff credentialing, safety measures, and risk management.
- Utilizing clinical expertise to improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position.
- Current RN license REQUIRED.
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center is preferred.
- Operating room RN experience is essential.
- PACU experience is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and performance evaluation procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.
