This role is part of a team including a Project Manager, two Business Analysts, and eight Systems Analysts, working within a three-year project timeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop a new system aligned with business requirements and LBR specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to ensure system functionality and integration.
- Design, code, test, and document application components.
- Ensure compliance with project control, change management, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting issues, and ensure seamless implementation.
- 7 years of experience in large-scale IT project design and development.
- Expertise in Angular (15 ), Java (J2EE/Java 21), Spring Boot, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6 ).
- Experience with state management libraries (NgRx/Akita), RxJS, and Webpack.
- Strong SQL skills with MS-SQL 2019, T-SQL stored procedures, and JDBC.
- Familiarity with JBoss 8.x, JSON, XML, and UI/UX best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in government, law enforcement, or public safety IT projects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and multi-vendor environments.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent project management experience.
