Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Smartsheet Administrator, Entry for our client located in Tallahassee, FL.
This position is onsite in Tallahassee, FL, and requires in-person availability starting day 1.
Job Overview:
Platform Administration:
- Maintain user roles, security settings, and license allocation.
- Oversee Smartsheet configurations for key functions including:
- HR onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Software renewal tracking and notifications.
- Ensure uptime, access, and efficient use of Smartsheet across departments.
- Administer Resource Management by Smartsheet
Workflow & Solution Development:
- Build and maintain Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and forms.
- Create scalable templates and automation routines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases and deliver value-added solutions.
Training & User Support:
- Train staff on Smartsheet functionality and best practices.
- Serve as first level support for Smartsheet-related questions and issues.
Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Monitor for data accuracy and quality within the platform.
- Create and distribute reports to stakeholders to support operations, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Strategic Growth & Innovation:
- Evaluate and prioritize new Smartsheet initiatives across the agency.
- Identify opportunities to integrate Smartsheet with other systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
- Stay informed of Smartsheet updates and capabilities to guide adoption and innovation.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed documentation of Smartsheet configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Create user guides and documentation to facilitate the onboarding of new users.
- Develop user guides and SOPs for custom solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience as a Smartsheet Administrator, Developer or Consultant or similar role required
- Ability to implement Smartsheet resources for project management processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Smartsheet functionalities, formulas, and integrations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder and team communication.
- Experience in maintaining and prioritizing a project portfolio.
- Competence in managing vendor relationships, performance, and contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Smartsheet Certification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems or other information technology major, or equivalent work experience.
