We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our
operational processes while supporting cross-functional initiatives. This role will be instrumental in
handling budget management, vendor relationships, and studio operations.
This role reports on-site to our client's office in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.
Job Responsibilities :
- Navigate vendor relationships and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and optimal terms
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts using advanced Excel functions
- Manage budgets for high-value events (HVEs) including resource allocation and cost tracking
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
- Facilitate and manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution
- Coordinate with multiple departments to drive operational efficiency and project success
- Support procurement processes and vendor selection when needed
- Manage purchase order creation and invoice processing workflows, including vendor coordination and payment tracking
- Manage international shipping compliance and documentation, including CARNES certification processes and cross-border regulations
- Oversee vendor onboarding and ongoing relationship management to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance

This full-time role offers a salary of $80,000-$140,000 depending on experience.
