Sr Program Financial Analyst
Location: Indian Head, MD Type: Full Time Min. Experience: Sr-Level
Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000 USD per year

The successful applicant will join ATR's Engineering Services Division, working as a Program Financial Analyst at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division, Indian Head, MD. You'll have an opportunity to work on world-class military programs that support the US Navy's Warfare technology. The applicant shall have demonstrated experience in the following areas: financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of financial software Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance or favorable adjudication of a national security background investigation. Current successful background investigation completion is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 15 years of experience as business financial program analyst
- Job experience with Navy or DoD is preferred
- Experience with ERP tools such as Navy ERP is a must
- EOD community and terminology experience
- Understanding of databases
- Understanding of database management tools and solutions
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- A self-starter able to work on tasks individually or as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of employees and outside contacts
