Responsibilities :
- CATIA V6 experience with drawing creation, advanced surfacing, sheet metal, and draft analysis.
- Requires a BS or MS in engineering.
- Must be able to proficiently handle multiple projects and develop analytical procedures.
- Work with suppliers to assure parts / services are requested appropriately, evaluate technical proposals, and write technical reports.
- Make technical decisions with moderate supervision.
- Ability to report research and test results in various technical formats.
- Able to work with a team or on an individual basis to reach project goals
- Five years of engineering experience making 3D designs and 2D drawings of automotive electrical components from initial concept through mass production .
- Design feasibility, cost analysis, strength calculations, part construction, part specification, scheduling and coordinating activities involved in prototyping, fabricating.
