ROLE:
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing facility processes, including sanitary water treatment, industrial water treatment, and bulk fluid storage and delivery systems
REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience in process engineering, preferably in a facilities context.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Knowl of safety reg and industry stds. (ISO, ASME, NPDES, SPCC, OSHA, NFPA 70E)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (A Plus, Not required)
• Sanitary water treatment
• Industrial water treatment
• Bulk fluid storage/delivery systems
• Allen Bradley PLC & Building/Energy Managent equipment
DUTIES:
• Design and develop facility processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement process improvements for sanitary water treatment, industrial water treatment, and bulk fluid storage and delivery systems.
• Design and optimize wastewater treatment processes, including biological, chemical, and physical treatment methods.
• Conduct process simulations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize processes to enhance performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Perform hydraulic and organic capacity analysis for wastewater treatment systems
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of sanitary water treatment, industrial water treatment, and bulk fluid storage and delivery systems.
• Develop and implement safety protocols for handling and storing bulk fluids
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment and systems, including sanitary water treatment, industrial water treatment, and bulk fluid storage and delivery systems.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of bulk fluid storage tanks, including monitoring fluid levels, pressure, and temperature

Salary : $37 - $40
