Hybrid Schedule- Tuesday and Thursday when not traveling
Must Have's :
Great Communication Skills
Manufacturing Experience
Plant & Control Knowledge
Required :
BS Degree w 6yrs exp in EITHER supply chain, OR engineering, OR quality OR operations
If no degree, 10 years exp
Preferred :
Previous operational / manufacturing, planning & control, program managemen t, engineering, and SMT knowledge / experience
Experience using SAP
Experience with Project / Program Management
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Duties :
Resolve critical issues and mitigate risk using a set of processes and techniques
Support the Supplier Management Teams with the deployment and coaching of the Production System
Work with specific suppliers or plants to define the support program and provide transparency on resources and activities required to address performance issues.
They dedicate their time with the specific supply chain, leading the execution of the support program
Travel up to 75% domestically with limited international travel for training.
