Job Title : Training Director – II (Training and Development Manager)

The Contractor shall provide and designate a Training Director. The Contractor employee position shall serve as the Senior Trainer and subject matter expert (SME) for Cyber-related training. The Contractor employee shall serve as a Cyberspace Operations Training Developer / Instructor to analyze, design, and develop, cyberspace operations courses of instruction. Duties require establishing instructional design and development criteria using Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command’s (TRADOC’s) System Approach to Training (SAT).

Education :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies, or Information Management, or related discipline or minimum experience listed below.
• The Contractor shall meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
