They are looking for a Digital Experience Architect, based in Austin, TX, who will lead efforts to improve the online experience for customers, as well as optimize all of the internal sales tools.
The role will use Agile / SCRUM methods to integrate new and existing tools for data analytics, forecasting, pricing, billing, tracking, and supply chain.
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of sales and workflow efficiency tools like Data Warehouse, Oracle, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Tableau, and Connexxus demand planning tool.
- Ability to work with a supporting IT staff, while possessing the technical skills necessary to integrate these tools into a broad vision that moves the company from using spreadsheets to fully digitized information.
- Utilization of technical skills to build efficiency, select, and integrate the best tools into an optimal digitalized sales / operations platform.
- Creative problem-solving in a transitional environment with a strong understanding of sales workflow.
