What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Amplifier Design Engineer position at Advanced Technology Search?
We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs, Power Amplifiers and Modules for Mobile, WIFI, 5G Infrastructure and IoT (Internet of Things) markets.
They have a need for a Power Amp IC Designer , based in Boston MA (Also Irvine CA or Ottawa CN.)
We need a BSEE or higher degree, with 3 to 10 years of PA IC Design experience. Will design PAs in GaAs, SiGe and CMOS. Should be strong in using Cadence simulation tools, as well as EM simulation. Should have good knowledge of RF Test for Design, including Load Pull and measuring other PA parameters.
