Job Description: As a Senior Clinical Operations Lead at Advanced TelePsych, you will contribute to achieving our objectives by implementing operational best practices and fostering inter-entity collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set organizational priorities and objectives.
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with external vendors, ensuring their performance meets organizational standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor-related budgets to optimize resource allocation.
- Cross-Entity Collaboration:
- Foster operational alignment among ATP, NEN, and JLA to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Implement standardized processes and workflows to reduce redundancies and improve communication.
- Monitor and address operational challenges that impact multiple entities.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in behavioral health.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Absence of geographic constraints allows flexibility in relocation.
