About This Position
The Position: IT Help Desk Technician – This entry level position is tasked with being a point of contact for end users, as well as assisting in system administration.Pay Grade: $25.00-$35.00 an hour

Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to requests from users via email, phone, or online help desk in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducts research to understand, explain and resolve technology issues.
- Communicates updates to users that have been or may be affected by a problem.
- Ensures response times are quick and effective to appropriately resolve requests.
- Follows up with users after problems have been resolved.
- Provides remote-access support where needed.
- Manages and assigns all tickets which are created in Power Apps Helpdesk.
- Manages and distributes patch updates and software distribution.
- Creates and manage user accounts along with proper permissions in multiple systems.
- Performs initial set up of all new desktops and laptops.
- Performs minor hardware maintenance and checks on computers and other devices.
- Supports multiple systems/software to include Microsoft GP, Microsoft CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 and others.
- Assists in testing and developing of new systems.
- Possesses beginning working knowledge of subject matter.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Required Skills
- Active Directory, user setup, Office 365, basic entry level helpdesk tasks
Education
Bachelor Degree Required- Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
