Tucson Auto Tint and Glass—a fast-growing leader in automotive and residential window tint, windshield replacement, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, vinyl wraps, and more—is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong B2B relationships with local businesses, fleet managers, and corporate clients
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities while supporting B2C sales growth with residential homeowners
- Create, develop, and maintain accounts across Tucson using our CRM system
- Strategize, plan, and execute outreach initiatives autonomously, with ongoing guidance
- Represent our brand at industry events and customer sites while traveling between company shops and client locations (travel expenses reimbursed)
- Capture the full scope of our services by showcasing quality work and successful installations
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with proven results in B2B sales
- Strong skills in account creation, development, and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive business growth and support B2C initiatives
- Ability to work independently, make on-the-fly decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to seize opportunities in a fast-paced environment
