Advanced Transmission Inc. is hiring a full-time Transmission Technician to join our Spanish Fort, AL team and provide exceptional services for our customers. When you join us, you start at $20 an hour , based on experience. We provide excellent benefits , including 401(k), 401(k) employee 3% match, Medical Insurance, Aflac Insurance, Vacation pay, Paid Holidays – New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, December 24th & 25th, Sick pay, Continued training, Training incentive program, and Weekly Pay. REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience as an R&R technician or a similar role
- Ability to provide basic repair tools and effectively use them
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Our ideal Automotive R&R Technician has 3 years of relevant experience and has removed at least one or more transmission(s) in the past year. If you check these boxes, we want you!

As a Transmission Technician, your workdays revolve around repairing and maintaining our customers' transmissions. Every day is a little different as you inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and perform the appropriate repairs.
