JOB SUMMARY

A Sports Turf Sales Representative specializes in selling and marketing the Linemark product line for sports fields and athletic facilities. Their role is focused on supporting ATS Reps and customers with their needs regarding the Linemark product line. The role will require travel throughout the ATS geography.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ATS reps to support the Linemark product lines.

·      Create and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue.

·      Attend trade shows and events to network and promote products.

·      Demonstrate and educate customers on how products work

·      Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients

·      Offer post-sales support, such as helping reps & customers with product issues or questions.

·      Stay current with the latest trends in the sports turf industry, including new equipment, products, and technology.

·      Track and report sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.

·      Forecast sales trends and identify new market opportunities.

·      Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and competitors.

·      Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

·      Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

·      Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

·      Understand customer demands and how to meet these demands while generating revenue for the company

·      Ability to work together with all levels of a company

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & WORKING CONDITIONS

·      Highly self-motivated

·      Willingness to travel.  Travel up to 50%

·      Strong account management and relationship-building skills

·      Time-efficiency in regards to communication with both clients and internal team

·      Ability to work out sales deals that will accomplish budgeted margins and correspond to the company’s sales policies

·      Proficient in both Microsoft Office and Google Apps

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

·      3-5 years of turf industry experience

·      1-3 years of sales experience in the turf industry

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Turf Management or an equivalent field
