Company Overview

Milan Metal Systems is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality stamped assemblies, closures, and suspension systems. Our commitment to excellence and innovation drives our operations as we serve various industries with precision-engineered products.

Summary

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all procedures and policies that govern and maintain a high standard of quality in our production processes are practiced in the operations environment.

The Inspector verifies the quality of setup and production material. They must know the technical requirements while having the ability to communicate quality standards with press operators and assemblers. In this way the Inspector can trouble shoot in-process quality problems and contribute to the development of inspection methods. Ultimately, the Inspector makes sure that the finished product that comes off the press or an assembly machine is one that will meet and even exceed customer requirements thus eliminating rejections or failures at customer sites.

The desired situation is to have operators and assemblers who can certify the quality of the produced parts as they leave the workstation.
