Advanced Vehicle Assemblies, LLC HQ is based in Rochester Hills, MI and supports North American HQ and plants in Roseville, Milan, and Monterrey, MX. We are searching for an experienced Account Manager to interface with customers and grow and maintain current business.
The role is 100% onsite at HQ
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Assesses and determines customer needs and how they can be best meet relative to the Company and their customers.
- Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing to develop product portfolio marketing package
- Establish relationship with customers and clearly communicates the product portfolio, engineering and manufacturing capability of the Company's brand.
- Assists in assembling 3 and 5 year revenue plans
- Develops and recommends programs or projects directed at maintaining and increasing sales or overcoming customer objections to current products.
- Cultivates request for quotes (RFQs) from targeted customers
- Coordinates quotation packaging and submission
- Recommends, develops and implements programs and projects directed at recovering, maintaining or increasing profitability.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and long-term revenue and market share forecasts to achieve company goals.
- Ensure terms and conditions are in the best interest of the company and are executed
- Acts as liaison between the Company and customers and maintains on-going, open communications at all times.
- Recommends, develops and implements programs and projects that utilize corporate strengths in design and manufacturing.
- Solicits, records and administers customer purchase orders, tooling orders and sample data.
- Prepares data, information, forecasts or surveys that report, justify or analyze current and future positions or plans.
- Prepares sales reports for current business.
- Prepares sales estimates for short and long range factors impacting company plans, projects, goals and projections.
- Participates in the development of sales projections, market potentials and trends.
- Completes other duties as assigned by manager.
