- Managing equipment specification sheets for the facility.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to increase profit potential and reduce costs.
- Scheduling regular meetings with the engineering team to discuss projects and task lists.
- Reviewing and approving new RFQ process and product requirements.
- Assisting in designing and developing roll form tooling and secondary operations.
- Tracking and reporting progress of CI Projects.
- Developing and improving tooling standards.
- Assisting with customer issues and working alongside the Quality manager.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- 8 years of experience in roll forming and metal forming processes.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
