Key Responsibilities :
Operational Oversight : Coordinate and manage daily operations across customer care, warehouse activities, and logistics to maintain high service standards and cost efficiency.
Problem-Solving : Address operational challenges in logistics and warehousing to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse staff, and logistics teams, to align efforts with organizational objectives.
Resource Planning : Support resource allocation, scheduling, and forecasting to meet the dynamic needs of 3PL operations.
Client Relationships : Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and operational excellence.
Process Improvement : Assist in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
KPI Tracking : Generate and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are met.
Team Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Training and Development : Support onboarding and training initiatives to build a knowledgeable and capable team.
Reporting : Prepare and share routine operational updates with leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience : 5 years of experience in 3PL operations or a similar logistics / supply chain role.
Leadership Skills : Strong organizational and communication abilities with experience in team coordination.
Problem-Solving : Proven ability to resolve logistical challenges and implement effective solutions.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with operational tools, data analysis, and performance tracking relevant to logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
Process Improvement : Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ethics and Accountability : Demonstrates integrity and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Language : English fluent mandatory, Korean preferred

Compensation and Benefits :
