Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring retention through proactive service and attention to detail.
- Deliver polished and professional communication across all touchpoints, exceeding expectations with every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, maintaining a meticulous focus on details and personalized service.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Processes all documents for clients including opening new accounts, closing accounts, and transferring.
- Monitors new account openings and associated data entry.
- Maintains client files and paperwork.
- Schedules meetings and records meeting minutes.
- Assists with service meetings by reviewing compliance needs and pre-scheduling appointments.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Prepares and executes marketing efforts.
- Plans events, volunteer efforts, social media management.
- Provides administrative support for all staff.
- Maintains a system for recording credit card records.
- Coordinates travel and appointments for staff as requested.
- Assists with client meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Processes client requests.
- Submit monthly compliance reports to broker-dealer and RIA.
- Maintains firm compliance regulations.
- Maintains office space to the firm’s standards and coordinates with the manager of supplies needed.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Range of $53,000-$60,000 base commensurate with experience and up to 12% bonus annually for individual incentives.
- The Company reserves the right to provide additional bonus compensation as deemed appropriate.
- Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 3% match, group life insurance, short-term disability insurance, and paternal leave.
- Employees have the option to enroll in a legal plan and long-term disability insurance at their own expense.
- Healthcare, vision, and dental expenses are covered up to 50% for individuals, with a maximum of $250 per month, and up to 25% for families, with a maximum of $500 per month.

- Attend meetings, events, or conferences, which might involve some travel and extended periods of standing or sitting.
