The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion. This role involves 3 week-look-ahead, field work plans, define the critical path, strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations and company standards. The Senior Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive project success while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Budgeting & Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Monitor project expenses and financial forecasts, making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Resolve conflicts and address challenges that may impact project timelines or objectives.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of project execution.
