Job Overview
The Refinery Coordinator is responsible for supporting refinery operations by coordinating daily activities, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and facilitating communication between departments. The coordinator ensures that projects and maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while also adhering to environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day refinery activities, ensuring smooth workflow between departments.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Monitor and track ongoing refinery operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact between operations, maintenance, engineering, and management teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project progress, potential issues, and solutions.
- Maintain records of refinery activities, safety incidents, equipment status, and other relevant information.
- Assist in managing contractor relationships, ensuring that all third-party work aligns with refinery standards and timelines.
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of routine maintenance, turnarounds, and shutdowns.
- Coordinate and track procurement of materials and resources required for refinery operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
