Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control is a family owned animal removal and pest control company that has been operating for over 35 years. We are one of the largest family owned companies in SE Wisconsin and look forward to continued growth for many years to come.
Candidates must have an active and valid Drivers License as well as a good driving history.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Fleet Management:
- Keep records of all trucks in desk at office (oil changes, brakes, cat converters, etc.)
- Email R&R Insurance to get insurance on vehicles
- Coordinate Scheduling of vehicles for maintenance
- Give out vehicle inspection reports to guy every few months
- Sometimes order new parts (as it comes up)
- Install new batteries
- Order caps/bedslides from Truck Outfitters (262) 338-4700
- Expect orders to be late/backordered 4-6 months - check up periodically
- Keep license/insurances, plate registration in trucks
Inventory Management
- Count all inventory in office and outside
- Update software with current numbers
- Update excel spreadsheet with data
- Handle supply requests
- Go to stores to pick up every day items
- Aldi, Dollar Tree, Home Depot, Menards, Neu’s, Office Max, Office Vehicle used for this
Facility Management
- Coordinate vendors
- Snow plow guy - Acres Care Plus
- Shovel/salt sidewalks
- Keep office and pole barn clean/organized
- Vacuum carpet and hard floor
- Dust each room
- Clean bathrooms
- Mop hard floors
- Clean windows
- Clean Kitchen
- Take out trash
- Recycle pallets
- Help with overall yard maintenance
Administrative Management
- Verizon MyBusiness account
- Contact Verizon when having phone problems
- Order phone cases
- IT stuff
- Quote properties
- Train new guys
- Keep trucks and engines working properly
- Make sure filters are cleaned out daily
- Make sure trucks are kept organized (empty bottles - triple rinsed and then recycled)
- Pressure wash inside of tanks periodically and at end of season
- Prep for winter storage - instructions in white truck
- Cages
- Print off labels - each color is assigned to a tech
- Get cages from guys
- Glue (E6000) on new labels
- Pop rivet on metals pans if needed
- Pop rivet on copper tags if needed or use hog rings
- Put cages back in pole barn where techs can pick them up (in their cubbies)
Project management
- Experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
