Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control is a full service pest control and animal removal company that services all of Waukesha, Milwaukee, Washington, and Ozaukee counties. It was founded by Paul and Jessica Winkelmann over 36 years ago. We are family owned and operated company that just moved to a new office place in Slinger WI. Our expectations of our administrative position are as follows:
We are looking for someone to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We would also have an opportunity for more hours if desired in future months. We are looking for someone to work Monday thru Friday from any of these times 12-5pm, 12:30-5:30pm, or 1pm-6pm.
Candidates must have above average computer skills.
Our entire system runs through Pest Routes, all candidates must have the knowledge and understanding to utilize all aspects of Pest Routes; including payroll, customer databases, and billing. We will train you on the pest routes software.
An essential part of this job is coordinating schedules and calendars with our employees and our customers. It’s important for a general knowledge of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha counties.
Candidates should have the ability to write professional quotes and documents for our customers. Prior office experience is considered a huge plus in applying for this job.
Candidates MUST HAVE GREAT PHONE SKILLS this is a vital aspect of your potential employment, we are looking for a confident employee who can handle themselves on the phone and is able to articulate our services to our customers.
It is important that candidates have a general to above average knowledge of social media. Candidates may also perform general social media duties.
Candidates should be able to work well with our team as well as our customers. Our secretaries are expected to book appointments, set-up jobs, answer the phones, deal with happy and irate customers, coordinate and schedule daily routes for our technicians, communicate with our techs, and work well with the other secretaries.
You will be expected to work out of our new office located in Slinger WI. You will have your own office space, but will be expected to work closely with our other staff members.
You will receive training that will allow you to grow with our company and give you the necessary tools to answer questions that customers may have. This training will include at least a few days of field work to see how our company runs and what types of services that we provide for our customers. This is an essential part of your training and will provide you with valuable information about our employees and the customer service we provide.
This is a customer service orientated job and the majority of time is spent on the phone dealing with customers. A positive and upbeat voice and ability to problems solve and deal with upset customers in a respectful and caring way will be one of the aspects we look for when hiring an employee.
Starting Wages will be between $14-$18.50 an hour based on experience, computer abilities, and overall skills that are related to the job.
This position should be considered a long term position, all candidates should come with the understanding that we are looking to hire someone who would like to grow with our company!
