Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team to assist in project coordination, event logistics, marketing operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence an average of one day per week at our Lakeville, MN headquarters, with additional in-office time required for trade show preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination:

Assist in managing marketing projects and tasks

Enter and track inbound leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate data and follow-ups.

Maintain and update the marketing events calendar

Communicate project updates with key stakeholders
Trade Show & Event Coordination:

Coordinate event logistics and prepare trade show materials.

Work with sales and event organizers to ensure smooth execution.

Oversee booth materials, shipping, and pre- and post-show coordination.

Track event expenses, manage payments for event invoices, and ensure costs stay within budget.

Possible occasional travel to trade shows

Other event-related responsibilities as needed
Marketing & Digital Engagement:

Support pre- and post-event as well as general marketing campaigns (email, social media, direct mail, etc.)

Track and report on marketing performance, including events, website activity, and email marketing

Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance and trends

Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications:

Prior experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project management preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail is essential

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, email marketing platforms, and webinar tools is a plus

Knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Suite is also a plus

Candidates must be located in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
