In addition to a great culture and a fun, collaborative team environment, we offer a salary starting at $55,000 a year, plus : Medical, dental and vision insurance 401k with employer match Profit sharing Paid time off Training and development opportunities Bonus plan What You’ll Do Send NVDV notices to appropriate unions, record technician hours, and prepare weekly payroll reports Review pricing on accounts payable invoices, enter cash receipts, follow up on past due accounts Maintain bids in Salesforce, prepare monthly reports, and follow up with Project Manager on bid status Perform job costing on all service work orders, organize and maintain test results by project Maintain ladder and tool inventory, log all material allocations and returns, assist with setting up parts and purchase orders, schedule service work, and invoice all work orders What You Bring Experience : 3-5 years in a construction background Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting / business, or equivalent experience Knowledge of Sage Contractor 100 a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong math ability Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Founded in 1999, Advanced Wiring Solutions is a family-owned, licensed low-voltage contractor.
