JOB DESCRIPTION:
Advanced Wound Therapy is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Account Manager to expand our footprint in the Arkansas market. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and Assisted Living Facilities to promote our specialized wound care services. The ideal candidate thrives in face-to-face interactions, can navigate complex conversations with empathy, and knows how to engage decision-makers effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with home health agencies, hospice providers, SNFs, and assisted living facilities to drive referrals and business growth.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to facilities, effectively communicating the benefits of our wound care services.
- Identify key decision-makers and engage in meaningful conversations to educate them on our offerings.
- Adapt and pivot quickly in conversations, reading social cues to ensure productive interactions.
- Represent Advanced Wound Therapy with professionalism, navigating front desk dynamics and knowing when to engage or exit a conversation.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity of care for patients.
- Track and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights to enhance strategy.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to a positive culture, and uphold company values in every interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare, home health, hospice, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, navigate complex conversations, and engage decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to handle rejection or difficult conversations with grace.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and travel within the assigned territory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required – experience in healthcare sales or account management is highly valued.
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to servant leadership.
