Job Overview :
We seek a hands-on, collaborative, empathetic, and strategic Account Manager to join our team at Advancing Eco Agriculture. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our customers, which include farmers, agricultural producers, and other stakeholders in the agriculture industry. The candidate best suited for this position is a proactive and diligent self-starter; a resourceful individual with a foundation in customer relationship management. Background and knowledge of botanical science or agronomy are strongly preferred. It is vital that the person who fills this role aligns with our approach, is mission-driven, and possesses the capacity to quickly familiarize themselves with AEA products and services. Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, throughout the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with the regional farm services team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and new revenue potential with existing customers.
Analyze customer data, market trends, and industry insights to provide informed forecasts and recommendations.
Stay informed about AEA's products, services, current trends in agricultural markets, and a broad range of factors impacting agricultural producers in the assigned region.
Collaborate with internal teams, including farm services, research and development, marketing, administration, and operations, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
