Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview :

The BCBA will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical quality of our in-home ABA services. This individual will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing treatment plans, ensuring treatment integrity, as well as management / oversight of BT / RBTs. This role offers unique leadership opportunities and the chance to grow alongside the company.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities :

  • Clinical Oversight : Oversee the delivery of in-home ABA services, ensuring high standards of ABA practices and treatment integrity.
  • Client Management : Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress through data analysis and regular adjustments in CR.
  • Program Development : Contribute to shaping the future direction of the company.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all documentation, reports, and billing are accurate and completed in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and funding sources.
  • Family Collaboration : Foster strong partnerships with families through regular communication, parent training, and support.
  • Provide supervision / training to team of RBTs
  • Conduct supervision in hybrid setting : home / community / center / Telehealth.
  • Qualifications :

  • Knowledge and proficiency with a range of clinical approaches to care
  • Use professional knowledge and independent judgment
  • Strong assessment skills and treatment planning / goal writing expertise
  • Strong positive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client focus and strong ability to function as a member of a highly collaborative team
  • Requirements :

  • Current and active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
  • Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
  • Ability to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
  • Ability to obtain / maintain BLS / CPR & First Aid certification
  • Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year DOE

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Ability to Commute : Denver, CO 80205 (Required) and surrounding cities

    Ability to Relocate : Denver, CO 80205 : Relocate before starting work (Required)

    Work Location : Hybrid remote in Denver and surrounding cities (Aurora, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Castle Rock)

    Reports to : Executive Clinical Director

    Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
