Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, SMS, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments based on technician availability and customer preferences.
- Provide accurate and clear information about repair processes, timelines, and costs.
- Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to management or the appropriate department as needed.
- Maintain and update customer records, service orders, and appointment schedules in the system.
- Process warranty claims and verify parts availability when required.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize technicians' schedules and minimize downtime.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed, such as filing, organizing, and inventory tracking.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by supporting colleagues and upholding company values.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have strong soft skills and active listening skills.
- Are self-motivated and eager to learn and lead.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Service Desk (SD) by Rossware.
- Knowledge of the appliance repair industry and warranty coverage.
