Duties:
- Perform nondestructive testing (NDT) on various materials and components
- Use soldering and assembly techniques to prepare samples for testing
- Utilize calipers, hand tools, and micrometers to measure and inspect parts
- Follow established procedures and specifications for conducting NDT tests
- Record and document test results accurately
- Identify and report any defects or abnormalities found during testing
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve testing processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nondestructive testing or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of soldering and assembly techniques
- Proficiency in using calipers, hand tools, and micrometers for measurements
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record test results
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
