Position Summary:
The Program Associate provides a variety of routine clerical functions within a behavioral health outpatient office setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking, excellent customer service & interpersonal skills to greet clients & visitors promptly and courteously.

Work duties also include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance and collecting copays
- Data entry
- Scanning/downloading info into the ECR
- Handling client questions and concerns
- Attends agency meetings and completes required trainings
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and 1yr of general office or administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a medical/behavioral health setting
- Outgoing, engaging and personable communication skills
- Experience working in a medical or behavioral health office
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Highly organized and detail oriented
