We provide our customers with a wide range of rental car options to choose from. We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of rental car agents, as well as experience in the rental car industry. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their rental car experience and will be expected to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of rental cars and will work with our Fleet Team to ensure that all cars are in good working condition.

He or she will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their rental car experience and will be expected to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of rental cars and will work with our Fleet Team to ensure that all cars are in good working condition.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all customers are greeted upon arrival and that their rental needs are promptly met.
- Oversee the daily operations of the rental car office, including but not limited to reservations, check-ins/check-outs, vehicle maintenance, and cleaning.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Balance the budget for the rental car office monthly
- Ensure that all vehicles in the fleet are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer standards.
- Work with vendors to negotiate the best rates for supplies and services.
- Keep abreast of changes in the rental car industry and implement new policies and procedures as necessary.
- Develop marketing campaigns to increase business and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor online reviews and take appropriate action to resolve negative feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Perform regular audits of the rental car office to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or related industry
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and motivation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience in the rental car industry
- Fluency in more than one language
- Working knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. Sabre, Travelport)
