Your Role:
As our General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all sales operations. Your mission: to build a high-energy, customer-focused sales culture that delivers exceptional results.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, from first contact to final delivery.
- Manage inventory effectively, optimizing selection and turnover.
- Implement and oversee CRM usage, follow-up processes, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure dealership-wide success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, promotions, and GM-specific incentives.
- Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and excellence.
