Advantage Credit Counseling Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our Program Support Team. The Program Support Specialist provides assistance to clients enrolled in the agency’s debt repayment program. This position performs a variety of back office functions, including phone support for clients, maintaining client records and communications with creditors. The Program Support Specialist effectively triages client questions and concerns and has a broad knowledge base of the Program Support Department.
Responsibilities:
Timely response to customer inquiries via the phone or electronic communication
Continued communications with debt repayment clients and creditors to ensure programs are set up accurately
Document all client records and client interactions in the agency's client management system
Investigate and resolve client concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior customer service required. Previous employment with a financial institution preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Organization skills and close attention to detail a must
Criminal background check required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
