Advantage is currently seeking a dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. Each candidate should possess an excellent customer service background, perfect driving record, and be able to communicate respectfully. Your expertise in customer service will ensure that clients receive the best recommendations for their needs while transporting them to their destinations. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and ensuring a seamless dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
- Uses good judgment and safe driving skills and abide by all traffic and safety laws.
- Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
- Picks up and returns vehicles.
- Greet customers, provide great customer service, and engage in friendly conversation to create a welcoming attitude.
- maintain accurate log of all passengers and mileage tracking, including any vehicle or customer incidents, if any.
