Energy Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst’s primary responsibility is to assist the Sales team by executing the opportunity in-take process. This includes interfacing with energy suppliers to request pricing, consolidate and analyze quotes, deliver contracts to Sales, and memorialize customer signed contracts. This role will have exposure and opportunities in our advisory firm as well as our Natural Gas Supply business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Major Responsibilities Include;

· Collect and input energy pricing data elements to our system

· Engage with our Sales team and Suppliers to support our customers

· Resolve billing and enrollment issues on behalf of our customers

· Maintain supplier relationships

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements Include;

· High level of attention to detail

· Customer service mindset

· Results-oriented personality and professional presence

· Highly organized with the ability to multi-task

· Strong user of the Microsoft Office Suite

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
