Job Description

AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We seek a SCCM / MCM System Engineer, Level 2, to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Desired : Active Directory and ServiceNow Ticketing System experience.

Location : Annapolis Junction, Maryland

All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7pm to 3am

Clearance : Active TS / SCI with a polygraph.

Certifications : Security CE or other IAT-I DoD 8570 Information Assurance certification.

Other Certifications : CompTIA A CE, CompTIA Network CE

Training Not Acceptable to Meet CE Requirement. Must be certified.

Requirements :

Desired : Active Directory and ServiceNow Ticketing System experience.

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience in Ticket Management Systems like SupportIT and ServiceNow is a plus.

Unix experience is not required but is a plus.

Education :

Ten (10) years of experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university; or

Fifteen (15) years of experience with a high school or GED diploma.

Responsibilities :

Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and / or outside customers.

Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.

Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.

Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.

Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

BENEFITS - Full-time Employees

401K with employer contribution. Fully vested at 1 year anniversary.

Five (5) weeks comprehensive annual leave (25 workdays).

Additional leave can be earned in lieu of overtime.

11 Paid Federal Government Holidays.

Up to $5,000 annually for individually tailored education / training program.

All education plans must be pre-approved by Advantage Engineering management.

Life Insurance at 1x annual salary with employee option to purchase additional coverage for self and dependents.

We contribute a generous portion towards the cost of monthly medical plans for any of the three medical, 1 dental and 1 vision plan provided by CareFirst.
