AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking a Customer Facing Senior Manager to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Customer Facing Senior Manager will lead a team of digital services engineers, driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT services.
Th e Senior Systems Engineer, Service Delivery Management , Level 3, will provide strategic direction, ensuring services meet customer expectations, align with business goals, and drive efficiency through technical leadership and solution design. The role also involves managing customer relationships, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal service delivery and operational excellence.
Location : Annapolis Junction, Maryland
All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Clearance : Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance with Polygraph .
Certifications :Mission : A s a Customer Facing Senior Manager on this government program, you will be providing support for this important government agency.
Requirements :

- A Bachelor's Degree and Fourteen (14) years of d emonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.

- High-School Diploma or GED and Twenty-Five (25) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.
- Less than 10% travel may occur.

Lead a team of digital services engineers and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery and operational management of customer-facing enterprise IT services.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT services including VDI, desktop imaging, patching procedures, SharePoint solutions, web services, Active Directory, and Exchange.
Manage financial resources, including budget planning and cost control measures.
